Upon full payment of all agreed fees, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client will transfer to that client, as outlined in the applicable project agreement. Nvision retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets, plugins, or licences used in a project remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Payment terms are defined in each individual project agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Nvision reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nvision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant project. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
